According to 247Sports, O’Brien is the number 30 general player in the nation and a five -star perspective.
Only 100 football players receive the honor to wear the Navy All-American Bowl Jersey every year. The Navy All-American Bowl from 2026 from the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, is presented live on NBC and Peacock.
