SOLV Energy, a provider of infrastructure services for energy content, has expanded its activities by acquiring Spartan Infrastructure, a specialist in High Voltages (HV) transmission based in Mesa, Arizona.
The acquisition reinforces the presence of SOLV Energy in the transmission and distribution (T&D) sector and rests it to tackle the increasing demand for robust power infrastructure in the US.
SOLV Energy and Spartan Infrastructure have previously worked together on various important solar projects in the US.
