Turner Construction Company has been appointed as the General Sitemanager for the One Beverly Hills project, a development of 17.5 hectares in Beverly Hills, California, USA.
Turner Construction will be involved as a contractor for the first phase of the project.
The project of millions of dollars broke in February 2024 and was completed at the end of 2027.
One Beverly Hills offers homes, hospitality and store elements. Master planning was carried out by architecture and design studio Foster + Partners,
The development will contain two residential towers of the AMAN brand, an Aman Hotel and an Aman-club, designed by Kerry Hill Architects.
The Beverly Hilton, who organizes the Golden Globes and the Global Conference milks, is being redesigned by David Colins Studio.
The project also promises to improve the green spaces of the city with ten hectares of botanical gardens and open space designed by RIOS, a global design company.
Adamson Associates has taken on the role of Executive Architect for the project.

Turner Construction was recently named main builder for the new stadium with 12,000 seats for Republic Football Club in Sacramento, Northern California, with groundbreaking on the development that was planned later this year.
Furthermore, the city of Dallas in Texas Trinity Alliance, a joint venture led by Aecom Hunt and Turner Construction, selected as a construction manager for component 1 of the Master Plan Project by Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.
Trinity Alliance will handle a series of services, including preconstruction, construction and associated demolition for the expansion.
